Credits are the fuel your AI tools run on. Every plan includes a starting allocation, and you can add more any time at Rs 1.50 per credit. Credits from any source never expire.
How much do businesses typically top up?
It depends entirely on how actively you use the tools. Here are honest ranges based on real usage patterns:

Pricing Questions, Answered Honestly
Do credits expire?
No. Credits in EthinixAI never expire, whether they came bundled with your plan or were purchased separately as a top-up. There is no monthly reset, no use-it-or-lose-it pressure. Buy credits today and use them in six months if that is when you need them.
What happens when my plan period ends?
Your platform access continues until the last day of your plan period. Any unused credits remain in your account indefinitely - they do not vanish when the plan ends. To continue accessing the tools, simply renew or upgrade to a new plan. We will remind you before your plan expires.
Is GST included in the prices shown?
No. All prices on this page are exclusive of GST. An 18% GST charge is added at checkout before payment. So for example the Pro plan at Rs 94,999 becomes Rs 1,12,099 inclusive of GST at checkout.
Can I upgrade from Starter to Pro midway through my plan?
Yes, absolutely. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time. The upgrade cost is calculated on a pro-rata basis - you pay only for the difference, adjusted for the remaining time on your current plan. All your existing credits carry over to the new plan.
Can the Rs 1.50 per credit top-up price change in the future?
The top-up rate is Rs 1.50 per credit at launch. While we reserve the right to adjust this in the future as our platform evolves, any credits you have already purchased at any price will never expire regardless of future price changes. We will communicate any price adjustments in advance.
What is the refund policy?
EthinixAI subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, because full access to all 18 tools is granted immediately from the moment your plan activates. We strongly encourage every prospective customer to book a free demo first, so you can see the platform firsthand before committing. There is no sales pressure in the demo.
What level of support do I get on each plan?
All plans include email support with a response target of one business day. The Growth plan is upgraded to priority email support, meaning your queries are handled ahead of standard queue. The Pro plan includes priority support plus a dedicated onboarding call to get your setup right from the start.
